A few small feet could make all the temperature difference in the world. So consider how high the ceilings of most of the warehouses are. The industrial ceiling fans that you installed, will be taking the warm air that's sitting on the ceiling and push it back down towards the floor; where the people are.
In general the installation of some industrial ceiling fans sounds like a win win condition.
