Before I provide you with any specific English speaking tips, do you even know why so many people fail at mastering how to speak English? That brings us to one of the first of my spoken english tips - surround yourself with an environment where only the language of English is spoken. I give you the permission to start playing WoW and plunder these high level dungeons while speaking with your "Internet friends" in English! (Believe it or not, that is exactly how I learned how to communicate in English, and that's how I learnt a lot of bad Internet English slang, too. Still, the positives massively outweigh the negative things, of course.)
One more tip I can provide you with is you should regularly work on improving your English language. Just listening a lot and speaking a lot is not enough to acquire great English - what if you are listening to someone who makes a lot of grammar mistakes in his speeches, and you don't even know that he is making such mistakes? I will tell you what will most definitely happen - you will pick his habits, and you will start speaking the same kind of English he uses.
You must also read tons of books. I told you at the beginning of my article that I was against consuming a lot of boring textbooks, but that is the advice I give to those who aren't practicing speaking English to begin with. If you are already practicing spoken English every day, then you will probably sooner or later face the challenge of coming up with the right words to say, and that's the stage when reading a lot of books will help you. So basically speaking, the last of my speaking english tips is to consume a lot of books written in English.
